Looks British and commonwealth forces tropical tunic (&shorts) for a Scottish regiment, but I cant quite make out the design on the buttons, but it looks to have a ghurka knive in the center.
These are cut with that funny round bottomed front for wear with the Kilt I think.
Not Dak at all, IMO

I agree... The round edge of the jacket is to wear it with the kilt. I don't know if it would be dressed with shorts...
On the buttons there's the coat of arms of some scott regiment.

The trousers are standard english tropical short, used by the whole british army. Is corious that also some german wore it as war booty... one of those was the fame H.J. Marseille, der stern of afrika, pictured with english shorts in lots of pics!

Concerning the blouse; the cut looks Scottish on the bottom front.
