Bravery Medals

What is the distiction between the large and standard sized Horthy era bravery medals?

Sorry for the late reply - depending on the act of valor or deed the medals were aranged in such a manner similar to the Austria-Hungarian method.
Grades were as follows
Large Golden Bravery Medal - only a handful ever awarded - similar in scope to the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross
Large Silver Bravery Medal
Silver Bravery Medal
Bronze Bravery Medal

The design was similar on both the large and the standard - but the large were 40mm in diameter and the standard were 35mm in diameter
