Fascist card & Coastal Artillery patch

Hello all,

Can I get some opinions on these? I know nothing of Italian items and these are part of a grouping, any idea as to the value?

Hello William,
the first item is a fascist farmers confederation card, some kind of workers association. Consider there were membership cards for everything in that period, this one is not military but civil...
I think the second item is an insigna for the hat (bustina) belonging to the Dicat or Milizia Contraerea (Anti aircraft militia). Nicer but i am afraid not big money in terms of value.
