Fiamme Nere sleeve shield fake ?

Hi. I have some time this Italian Fascist sleeve shield ( Fiamme Nere XXIII Marzo Division ) of the War in Spain.
Some of my friends told me that this is a repro, artificially aged. What do you think ?
