I don't think that unit was involved in the spanish civil war.
With regards to the value, you have to consider that it is a junior officer's pattern, not difficult to find in the italian market. But I prefer not to speak about because, as you know, it depends on many factors and, amongst them, mainly from the collectors' feelings and demands.
Thanks, any idea of its value. Do you know if was used on spanish civil war (1936_1939)?
Mike
Hallo Mike, like model of cap (m.34) this can be use in the Spanish war but is it well know what (for the first times of the war) the italians soldiers in that war was all volunteers (thit others equipments).
This cap of fiel artillery was for Acqui division, the division in every case was formed only in the August of 1939.
Of course the number of artillery regiment is it the same of the new Division.
Unlucky i don't know the order of battle of italians units in the 1939 in Spain but with a good tollerance is it very probably what this cap never see the Iberica Peninsula.

The 33 Mountain Infantry Division Acqui (Italian: 33a Divisione Acqui) was an Mountain Infantry Division of the Italian Army during World War II.[nb 1] The Acqui Division was mobilized for war in October 1939, and took part in the Battle of France. It was later sent to Albania to take part in the Greco-Italian War, and stayed in Greece as an occupation force on the islands of Corfu, Lefkada, Zakynthos and Cephallonia.
