I have that sling which was told me being a Carcano rifle sling. But since I know nothing about that, could you tell me if it is true ? And is it war time or post war ?

No marking at all.

Italian productions have no date of manufacture, so this may be pre or post war: they are identical.
I have them assembled on a MAB 38A of 1941 and on a MAB Model 5 of 1955.
