Fascist cloth badge, opinions please

Hello to this forum and I would value any comments and opinions on the badge.
I think it is a cap badge, maybe from a bustina, but I have no real idea.
I think it is black shirt, (MVSN) coastal artillery.
It was part of a medical vets bring back, from an Italian hospital, mostly allied stuff, but also an Afrika with palms, which I missed.

It is a badge of the Coastal Militia, later known as the Maritime Artillery Militia.
This type was worn on the forage cap.

Thanks for that info. I assume its original, but I would also like to know an approximate value, if possible, as I wish to concentrate on my dak/trop and insignia collection. Always looking for a swap.
