I have another question in that do you consider the Silver Medal to be the 3rd Class award which you displayed?

I have an orignal Vorschlagliste for the award of this piece and it definalty states 'Silver Medal of the Order of the Crown of King Zvonimir with Oakleaves'.

There is the Order of the Crown of King Zvonimir, and the Medal of the Crown of King Zvonimir. The Order came in Classes (Grand Cross, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class).

You're looking for the Medal of the Crown of King Zvonimir, that's the one that came in Iron, Bronze and Silver grades. If the medal was awarded due to the action(s) under ememy fire, it came with the Oakleaves, which were attached to the ribbon.
