    Fascist dagger fraud

I'm selling this rare Mutilati dagger on Ebay and I just found someone copy my Ebay pictures and is trying to sell it cheap on Craigslist.
Please if you know how to report this to Craigslist do so.
The only dagger for sale is the one I have on Ebay.
    Here are both links:

Well I just asked the Seller on Craigslist to provide better photos with a news paper of todays date, so I'll ask you to do the same just to verify it's yours and not the other way around.

Giorgio thanks for the photo of your Dagger with my post in the background and it's not a matter of trust but cautain... I've seen these notices before and they do go both ways..
You can report the matter to Craigslist if you go into the home page, there is a section there to report fraud and theft. Just provide the information and they will pull it and I do belive you can request the sellers information (not to sure) and report it to the police as online fraud.

Also I've yet to hear from the other person as of yet, waiting to hear his story

Georgio is an upfront guy. He is trying to let everyone know that there is a fraud trying to decieve others. I really do not think he needed to prove anything to anyone.

This is part of the reason that you need to watermark all of the photos that you post. Some people have no morals.

True But if you look at the other photos the watermark is gone as well as the Ebay watermark.

If you view the original e-bay posting and scroll down on the page, you will see that there are no watermarks on the photos that were copied.

I know Giorgio and I can vouch for him, it is not Giorgio doing the fraud. Giorgio is an honest person and respected member of the forum and one of the good guys,

                    Best,

                    J

I have no doubt of this, simply saying, you need to watermark your photos. I realize that this can be removed, but, make it as tough for the fraud artists as possible.

Cerntainly no need to be concerned about Giorgio a very honest and straight shooter of a guy.

Giorgio with all your items that you sell, especially your rarer pieces i think you will need to add your logo/watermark... I.W.F to "all" !! , the photos and on the items itself as you have in this thread on scarrab just to eliminate these headaches in the future.

I know its time consuming, it just makes it alot harder for the fraudster.

Not everyone knows how to watermark a photo. I don't. The primary point of this thread is to keep some unsuspecting person from being ripped off.
I appreciate Georgio's trying to keep the forum members from being cheated.

                              Dagger

                              Morning Giorgio,
Why dont you post a "buyer beware" ad in the same section as the fraudster,,,keep doing it til he quits, and if you want list your email in it so the victims have a way to reach you direct in case ad is flagged.
