in the midle german feldgendarm.(probably croat)
on right side is ustasha fighter

I did hope to see the man at left wearing the proper PTS buckle, but in this photo he's wearing the Army one .

Are you sure ? The 2 photos show the same three guys in my opinion.

May be the guy at left simply changed collar patches

yes , ithink you right-is same face
but is not only diffrent collar tab,
on first photto guy wear cap like WH , on other photto he wearing classic ustasha cap
