Here is another one, I really like the design, I don´t know a squat about it, but it looks really cool, It has the horse with the three Axis flags and on the other side soldier bashing a monster, looks like a hydra. I have a feeling that this one migh be unofficial???

The cross looks to be Italian also:

"Instituted 6 June 1940, the Cross of the Spanish Campaign was awarded to volunteers in that campaign and should be considered merely commemorative."

Both Italian, and related to the Italian Spanish Civil War participation.
They were given to the Italian Volunteers in the War, and there are several variations

Both are indeed unofficial private purchased medals.

The first one relates to the signing of the Tripartite Pact on the 27th of September 1940.

The second one to the Spanish Civil War as mentioned before. The cross is indeed always mentioned as worn by volunteers. However if looking at the text it resembles the campaign medal. Can anyone trace back when/why this cross is listed as a volunteer medal?
