No, I don't think it is rather Italian pattern issued to SS.
The wearing is Hungarian style.
They're soldiers of 22. SS Maria Theresia, mostlv loaded from Hungarian Volksdeutsche...maybe he was earlier Hungarian Honvéd soldier and that's why he's wearing the Zelt like Hungarians.
