Billao Knives P.A.I. and native models

The Billao is an traditional knife of the african native Eritrean/Somalian
people, the Italian Colonial Police used this traditional knife design by P.A.I.
forces in their colonies; the grip of this knife have Savoy eagle without
the cross for native troops because most are muslims, in photos the
original native troops PAI dagger and the copy (detail of the grip)
    cheers, Raffaello

P.S. an very interesting thread about the very rare presentation dagger:

The first one has a smatchety look, and the second (folder) has a blade thats similar to the look of a paratrooper. The stub on the butt of the native knife looks like it could really do some damage if they hit you with that part alone...nice stuff...thanks for showing, the native knife has a horn handle so be careful whereyou store it so the bugs or horn worms dont eat holes in it. I have one question whats the fake knife sell for as opposed to the original with the black handle, and the folder also so if we ever find any we can keep them in the correct price ballpark, possibly in euros , and american dollars so we can all relate. Thanks
