Hello,
I found this M33 relic shell and I used it for test oxalic acid. The shell is a typical "farm" find: somebody have added a handle fixed with two raw screws, I assume for use shell as water tool, ecc..
After acid wash the shell is clear but unfortunately no paint have appeared under the rust.
Remain to me only the curiosity to know if it is a war time shell. I think so cause 2nd type air vents.
Somebody can confirm this? Is right?
