Italian ribbon bar ???

Good day all, I picked up this ribbon bar last evening locally along with a bunch of other medals and pins etc. I bought it from the son of the owner(his dad has passed), his father wasn't a collector per say, just liked to pick up military pins, patches etc. and mount them onto a cardstock backing. I'm thinking it may be Italian, I'm wondering if anyone can ID it, and date it, hopefully someone here can chime in. . Thanks for any help.
