Romanian Army using U.S.S.R tanks??

Does anyone know if the Romanians captured or use any U.S.S.R tanks?

They only made propaganda photos of Soviet tanks - both captured and with Romanian markings. But did not use them. On the other hand, I think the Romanians made some tank hunters, based on Soviet tank chassis - but can not remember where read that.

if the germans used captured t34 why couldn't some of there allies?

They could, but they did not do it. Do not know why. Read in the forum that is linked above /those guys are Romanian and know their stuff/ - the Romanians had some T34, but did not use them. It was only postwar, T34 delivered from the USSR, that the Romanians used.
