Regimental Initials for Austrian ROTH Steyr Pistol

I have a Roth Steyr 1907 8mm pistol with the following Unit Information stamped onto a disk on the grip,

14 FH 169

Does anyone know what FH stands for? If you know that, I would be very interested to know where the regiment was in action during the first world war.

I know that 14 is 14 th company or unit, and 169 is the number of the pistol in that company.
