Italian PNF tunic help

Hi Everyone,

Can someone tel me what the shoulder boards on this tunic are for? Also is there a book or chart available that shows the various organizations insignia?

Can we see a closeup of the button on the shoulder board. I have several books on the PNF/MVSN and I can't find your board.

These are the only pics I have right now. I believe the button only has a fascses on it though.
