Bustina insignia question

I have a bustina with an unusual gold embroidered branch insignia. Rex Trye's book indicates the branch as being "Fencing Masters". I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what the Fencing Masters were (other than a bunch of guys who did a lot of fence building, or a lot of sword dueling).

Thanks Paolo I no longer have the old reliable camera, but will try to get a good photo or two. I thought I had a photo of it posted in another thread, but discovered I had posted photos of my other bustinas except this one.
