@brus; your bandolier is a version of the Model 1891 type.
It was widely used by cavalry, armoured, artillery and transport personnel between its introduction untill the end of the war.
The bandolier carried munition for the Carcano rifles and carbines.
At the loop it could carry Model 1874, Model 1889 revolvers & Model 1934 pistols.

          Greetings,

As Sparvieo stated, this is the bandolier for the two carbines; the cavalry or the T.S. While a pistol could be carried (as a secondary weapon to the carbine), the ammunition pouches were designed for Carcano rifle ammunition. The additional strap in your third picture is affixed to a button on the front of the solider's tunic to keep the bandolier in-place when worn.

The three-pouch bandolier is specifically for pistol ammunition. This bandolier was issued for those soldiers whose primary (only) weapon is the pistol.

            Pista!

These are basically the three models of the issue bandoleers of the Royal Army:
left the M.74/89 and the two M.97s.
There are also sub-variants with the M.74/89 modified for holding Glisenti 1910
shots, or entire packets. The two M.97 exist also for holding Beretta M.34 entire packets, besides the common M.1891 clips.
