Badge id anyone know

Does anyone know what this is 3.5 inces high convexed with 4 sets of sewing holes , a Fascist pouch plate badge ? Any help would be appreciated .Rob

Three crowns + Royal crown on top? So Swedish maybe?
and the insignia for justice? Just grasping here...
I might be totally wrong but I'm not 100% convinced its Italian...

No prob! Knowing basic heraldy symbolism certainly helps when trying to identify a badge , even when not familar with the insignia as the one you've shown.

This is indeed a Swedish Police cap badge, model 1926 (in use until 1960s-1970s sometime).
