Albanian, I think so. I've seen something like that in an Italian documentary movie showing Albanian private militia at the end of the 30's.Unfortunately
I've no chances to determine the front badges by the movie, but looking at the
shape, it looks an old Albanian headgear.Cheers PaoloM

Thanks for all the help guys. I definately learned something. It came in a small collection I bought and regardless of how much you learn, you just can't know it all.
