Dutch NSB medal what is it?

I have no idea what this medal is or awarded for. Any help appreciated. I'm assuming it is Dutch due to the NSB lettering.
    Thanks,
    Garth

Its a Dutch NSB party commemorative medal for participating in a march, which was organized every year in April, this particular one in 1943, going through the "bloembollen streek" (rough translation = Flower bulb fields) which is most likely somewhere in the province of North Holland (just outside of Amsterdam) where they grow a lot of tulips, the Dutch national flower.

        Garth,

The WA (Wacht Abteilung) was the Dutch version of the SA. They were also the NSB's police.
