Hi, Giorgio,
It's A Cech badge, possibly for Cech Legion in WW1. They fightin in Italy, in Italian uniform & Adrian helmet.

i think that the top of the shields ( the one with "two crosses" ) is the Slovakian symbol. the others are indeed czech.

the four shields are contained in the Czech coat of arms on the Adrian helmet's frontal badge, so i would also assume this to pertain to the Czech Legion.

Yes, I would say that is a CZ badge.Nothing to do with Italian Fascism.
