I found it in the Osprey book in the description for Plate E2.
"This m/40 Finnish steel helmet was worn concurrently with the German M1916 and M1935 models, the Austro-Hungarian M1916, Czecholslovakian M1934 and Italian M1933....."
Also, it is to be noted that the Italians were the arm dealers of the day in the
'30s. So it could have came from anywhere like Iraq, Afghanistan, Paraguay....
