23 views and not one response? I know this section is not as big as some of the others on the forum, but a little help would be nice. With no help or comments, ive researched myself and decided that it is a sand camo from africa. I guess thats all i will know and there is no sense sharing the story that goes with this helmet

            Chris,
IMO is a spanish reissued helmet. It has the tipical spanish paint with cracking.

I agree with flashider. Looks to be a helm provided to Spanish forces who applied this type of camo with this structure very often.
I have myself 2 in this camo, off which one is mixed with 2 other colours.

                Greetings,

                  Greetings,
could i see some pics, so i can learn? i believe you guys, but i think my helmet looks exactly like the sand camo of the thread i provided above. It is a tan color, the other color is a water or some type of stain the helmet picked up. it is not paint. I could not find one spanish reissue that looked like mine. the reissues look a lot darker. there also is no clasp or never was a clasp on the front of the helmet. maybe ill go out and take some daylight pics. not saying you guys are wrong, just trying to understand. thanks for your help!

heres some outside pics. if there are dark areas on the paint, its because water or maybe even oil discolored it. it appears it was painted completely tan. Some of you may think im being a poor sport, thinking im going to talk my way into this being something its not. guys do this all the time on the german helmet section and it makes me mad when someone wont take no for an answer and accept what they have is a piece of junk. Im not trying to do that. From what i can see my helmet is a dead ringer on to the thread that i attached above of "post your italian m-33s, page 7, sand camo. I also have not found a spanish helmet that looks like this one. If someone has one like this that is spanish, please post, so i can give this a rest thanks again!
