represent the ruole of the grade staff, white is group A 7th grade, the
green imho is grade C.
The photo have the ink stamp of Frattaminore GIL, is an small city
near Naples (south Italy)
The MVSN blckshirts jacket have the two grade arms too up
in my opinion; is possible to see pics close up of general bustina
cloth badge and of the jacket ? what is the color band of trouser?
inside the liner of the jacket have ink stamp? the shoulder straps
have grade? the poster is really very beautiful!!!

The badge you have doesn't born for a hat badge. I think that is part of Regia Aeronautica general's shoulder boards, and used as cap badge in many way. I have seen it lots of time on some fur hat, but is not difficult pinned in lots of others way.

The RSI poster and the Sub Badge are also favorites. The Generals Bustina is quite a looker too.
Frank Savage is correct the RA eagle and crown are shoulder board devices not sure if General or just Officers , although I believe I have seen them used in period photos of a Pith HelmetComment
