Not Italian SS but collar tabs of the Black Brigades of the RSI period. Not sure from the photos if original but lots of fake devices out there every week from seller on e-bay

agree with Dennis Black Brigade RSI (Brigate Nere) the photo
is not clear but I have doubt are original.

...the black shoulder boards are surely repros ...
but the skulls and the fasces are original (both ones in zamac) and very rare!
