I now i am terrible, but i had to ask again...

Is that an italian Uniform??? I ask for a friend of me... He own this jacket and dont know know what it is... I thought it might be an italien uniform.

IMO it is not Italian. I've the same in aertex cloth made in England.Different
buttons,several markings, but British cut.I ignore if these have been ever
issued to Italian Army after WWII. Bye, PaoloM

I agree British or commonwealth (Indian?) made is my guess. Definitely not Italian

My tunic has been made in Calcutta (1942) and in the photo the built-in belt
is folded on the rear.Some small differences in the cut of the breast pockets.
Mine has greenish rubberized buttons.Commonwealth use however.Bye, PaoloM
