    Italian Bookends?

    Are these Italian ? They're for sale locally, the guy has them listed as nazi desk eagles, his father brought them back fro the war.

      I'm not sure yet. I asked for better pictures, I'm going to look at them this weekend. It almost looks like they are holding fasces but I'm not sure.

        They have a strange base. It looks like they had been cutting from something......

          These are called snow eagles. they were set of roof edges to stop snow falling on porches and walkways.
