        Not Italian for sure!!
Sir, please give a glance here:
        http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ritish+goggles

There's also another version (MKII), more widely used by the British and Commonwealth tank corp, or despatch riders:

        http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...h+WWII+goggles

These UK goggles have been made with the same materials.
I've a pair of them coming from Canada with a special winter hat, generally
issued to commandos or special forces.

IMO not Italian, but a commercial flying headgear probably made in England.

Italian for sure but ignore the period.According to the inscription it looks post WWII, but I'm not sure. I collect dog tags but honestly never seen such a model with 'Aeronautica Italiana'.Maybe RSI period? Where did you find this
                  specimen ?PaoloM

                        Salvator D 37

                        Hello all
I found a complete Salvator D 37 on a market in Germany (stamped SAVOIA MARCHETTI). The only missing parts are the metal back cover and the static line. Since Switzerland used the Salvator parachutes in WWII I replaced the cover with a original Swiss version (french written SALVATOR PARACHUTE). Is there a way to get a static line with sling and hook?
                        Thank you for your help

Here the slender static line and hook (1st & 2nd type) of an Italian Salvator D.37 or D.39 chute.
Unpossible to get on the market right now.
