Just picked up a lot of German medals and badges over the weekend. Along with it was this Italian rubber stamp. Can anyone translate what this is for???

Chamber of conciliation
Hello there.
This is an administrative rubber stamp of Italian Kingdom.
Could be from Unity of Italy to june 1946. when italian people voted to abolish monarchy in our Country.
Chambers of conciliation still exist for labour and commercial law and are administative offices where two people can go if they don't want to go in front of a Tribunal, choosing instead for an easist and chaeper kind of verdict made by public employers.

Is a nice stamp but I honestly don't think that it has any economic value ...
