Italian Uboat Photo Request...

Proabably rare birds indeed, but requesting any photos of Italian submarines in Atlantic *action/return to base* etc. I think the BETASOM command structure in France (I forget which coastal city...) was running the operations in conjunction with Kriegsmarine liasson officers. Apparently, as many as 150 ships totalling almost 700k tonnes were sunk by the small Italian contingent. Any other info about this operation/photos would be great, or any corrections to what I have mentioned.

I can see at least 2 iron crosses dangling, apparently during a medal presentation. I have no clue on Italian naval ranks but am assuming they are sub captains.
Anyone knowledgable in this area.....please post. Ty.

I am for aeronautic, but I have to admit that italian submarines are one of the most glorious, exciting and terrible pages of our ww2 experience.
