Hello,
now I can post ma first picture in this forum. I started to collect Italian medals of North Africa 40-43 aprox. 2 years ago to study this.
The first medal I want to share is a medal of a antitank unit of the 7th Bersaglieri regiment that was attached to the mot. Trento division.
I hadn´t found an entry of an antitank company "106" in my sources.
Or what do the "106" mean?
On the another side there´s the date 1.3.1941 where I mean it´s the date of arriving of this unit in North Africa.
Around the medal is a inscription which means "flying to the victory".
The manufacturer of this medal is Boeri from Rome.
I have never seen a medal for such a small unit again.
Ciao
Timo
