Italian pins......what are they?

Hi there!
Is difficult to say when it was manifactured, even looks like old enough, but it show the cap used among the university fellows, wear when they graduated. Every colors means a different university.

agree with Frank are the Robin Hood hat for university student.
Difficult to say is are for the GUF (Gioventu' Universitaria Fascista)
Young Fascist University.
Today is used, are traditional cap university goliardia.

Thanks. I had no clue...they came with a few other insignia that I think might be military, but didn't have any idea what they were. There was nothing of much significance with the bunch......and I likely didn't have much in them......so nothing lost I imagine. In fact they may have been given to me, so I might have nothing in them .
