Info on name in Fascist Italian Uniform

Anyone out ther have any lists with this name or can find out the history of man's name that reads on uniform maker tag penned in Caliagno Luciano (Luciano Caliagno) or may be Calcagno Luciano (Luciano Calcagno) and penned date of 1940. I have a MVSN black fascist uniform with this name in it, would like to know any history of what unit he was in or what happened to him.

Unfortunately, to begin a search to the Italian Ministry of War the info
are the city and the birth date.
