I have always had a "thing' for the Italian Fascist visors of "il Duce." However, here in the US, most are in very poor connection. Thanks to my "Italian Connection", Carlo, I was finally able to score one and satiate my desire:

Hallo Stonemint Good catch!!!
Literally, this is the service summer visor for the State Officials uniform. This type of uniform was introduced by Royal decree nr. 1524 of 5.9.1938. The State Officials were divided into three groups:
Group A - ranks 1-5: circular black silk band with eagles (from wing to wing about mm. 70); gilt buttons. Front badge (for the whole Group of ranks): Roman gold eagle (mm. 75X54) with closed wings, grasping a lictor fasce with silver axe. Ranks 1-4 wore two intertwined golden cords (diameter mm. 5). Rank 5 (diameter mm. 3).
The badge's underneath cloth identified the Administration:
white: Presidency of the Cabinet Council
dark carmine: Foreign Office
crimson: Home Office
pink: Justice Office
light yellow: Treasury Office
scarlet: War Office
marine blue: Navy War Office
light blue: Air war Office
lilac: National Education Office
violet: Public Trades Office
green: Forest and Agricultural Office
iron grey: Communications Office
yellow: Chamber of the Corporations
bluish green: National Culture Office
gold yellow: Currency and Exchanges Office
With Decree 14.2.1940 (art.11) the wear of the white visor and trousers was authorized with the blue jacket (winter uniform), also during the summer.
I will continue very soon with the regulation for other ranks of group A; all ranks of Group B; all ranks of Group C and subordinate personnel

The Ministers Secretaries of State, the Under-Secretaries of State and the Ministers of State wore (as for decree 14.2.1940, art.2) the same uniform as the State officials of Group A, rank 1;
There were also:
- a visor for the field uniform of the technical officials (sand-brown fabric);
- a plumb-grey visor with oxidized buttons and eagle and polish black leather peak and chinstraps for subordinate personnel (from 1940, with aluminium buttons and eagle and silk dark-grey cord. Janitors wore a circular silvered sheet around the circumference and a dark grey cord). Same badge's size as the officials. With the summer uniforms subordinate personnel wore a visor from grey cloth fabric (from 1940, with brown silk cord);
- a plumb-grey visor with polish peak for chaffeurs. It had a dark-grey rayon striped circular band around the circumference (in italian: millerighe); aluminium buttons and dark grey silk cord; aluminium eagle. With the summer uniform the fabric was raw cloth with brown band and cord.
