Two Medals, ID and Value?

Greetings all, I have these two medals that I am unsure of. The first I am pretty certain is a WW1 Italian War Medal, but I could be wrong. It is of heavy copper manufacture. The second I have absolutely no idea at all. It is made of a lightweight copper. Both I find very interesting to look at. Please if anyone could identify them and suggest a value?

The first is the Italian WWI Victory Medal ($20-25). The second is the Belgian Commemorative Medal for Campaigns in Africa, in bronze for native troops ($75+).

on the italian medal you have to put the normal rainbow ribbon

the belgium medal needs a lightblue ribbon with at the left and right a yellow stripe .
