Italian Mussolini Bevo Patch--What Is It?

Just acquired this Bevo Patch, and would like to know more about it.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a patch of the Opera Nazionale Balilla (ONB) - the youngest age group of the Italian Fascist Youth(GIL) in WWII.
Somthing as the D.J. was to the H.J.
Looks good to me, but I have never owned one.

I do confirm what AnthonyT said. You know, it's very curious, the marble statue on that badge is something like 200 meters far away from my house in Rome...
