Italian Order of the Crown Knight's Cross Anyone own 1?

Hello,
Does anyone own an Italian Order of the Crown Knight's Cross??
I have been waiting for this medal for some time. I just picked this one up. My problem is,
1.)I see it has an odd suspension loop. This seems to have a "barrel" type attachment to the suspension ring---when every pic I can find has a totally different ring.
2.)Maybe I am used to collecting German awards but--it feels very light. It apears well made in every aspect, good enamel and gilt----but I would think it would be a "heavier" piece.
I would appreciate any assistance on this one.

Looks fine to me. You'll see slight variations in detail from the various manufacturers. All of these are very light in comparison with other knight's badges. The manufacturers seem to use very thin gold frames, rather than big clunky frames, so there's little metal weight.
