This is a three medal ribbon bar. It is padded and is about 1/2 inch thich by 3 1/8 inch wide. Please identify this for me.

Hi Wade, I am thinking they might be Italian? The eagle emblem reminds me of an Italian air force eagle. This website has a long service ribbon with an eagle emblem:

Bear in mind the different changes that might have occured, such as the crown being removed from the emblem with the monarchy dissappearing.
