This case came with the estate of a late friend, my guess is its Italian but would like to hear some comments about what for it was made.

Nice, but I don't think it's so early. I would say it's post 10th June 1940 when Italy entered into the war. The motto "Vincere" (Win) it's from Mussolini's speach of the war declaration.Comment
