Hello, first is a SEU Young front insignia. (SEU= Sindicato Español Universitario).
I think is a Franco era piece.

      regards
      Mike

        Thanks, Kamerad.
And the second badge is that of AUXILIO SOCIAL, I suppose?

Sorry but the first one isnt a SEU bsdge, but a Falanges Juveniles breast badge. This is the young section of the fascist partei Falange Española. The badge and the name of the sectiom changed in 1941-42, becoming the so called Frente de Juventudes. Pictures post 1942 still show this badge on Tshirt and bucklles during all the 40's decade.
The second one was for sure wore by female section, but it isnt the common bsdge for the women from Falange. I dont know the exact meaning or the exact departmet to be attributed
