Indeed these are rare standards. Thanks for showing
your big M GIL partial standard example, and the full
HH version which sold recently for 42.5K Euros.
I am aware of one that was in Canada, that went
to a collector in New Jersey, & another in LA Calif.
So that makes around four big M known surviving.

I have in my collection since the 1970's another type,
see below. I've seen a photo of another like it in Tx.

Caesar, Rex King VE, & Dux Mussolini bust side views.
It has the super rare two hanging gong tassels intact.

Very interesting LUCE photos showing student version
of the Italian Fascist Roman Eagle type youth standard.
None of these are known by me to havre survived WW2.
These are without the gong tassels, and having only
one imagio head disk. Type I have in my collection,
as previously stated has 3 imagio disks & the gongs.

Great idea for a WAF thread, & well overdue.
On the use of the term Signum, I am more inclined
towards calling these rare eagles as standards.
