    Sonderführer or Beamter shoulder boards

    Hello,
I posted these in the political forum a few days ago - http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru....php?t=1030617. I just wanted to see if anyone here could identify exactly what they are and maybe PM me a collector to collector price as I hope to sell them at the SoS.
    Thank you,
    Dale

To be Heer beamter, thay should NOT have the yellow bands around them.

I am not sure what tehy are, but not beamter anyway.

Thank you, I guess they may remain a mystery.

        Dale,

Post these in the Luftwaffe section. You might get an answer there. I believe they are Hauptmann equivalent in the Luftwaffe but there are others in that section better verse in Beamte than I am.

I think that Gary's on the right track.

Brian Davis lists such straps as a Beamte a.Kr, equivalent to an oberfeldwebel.

I look forward to our friend Paul R setting us straight if necessary.

Very niche market for arming items. I’d say about $80 - $100 to the right buyer.

Those are SHD/LSW cords and should not have the yellow bands on them. Those organizations used small pips. (Unless this some obscure organization I did not think of). Not LW or WH Sonderfuhrer or Beamter auf Kriegsdauer . Correct me if I am wrong.

Heer and LW Sonderfuhrer/ Beamter a.k did not have the green center cord. Nice Luftschutz set... sans the Sonderfuhrer officer rank specification slides.

                          Hi Paul,
Thanks for the proper identification. I can't speak to why the slides are on there other than to say that's how they were when I got them at the flea market years ago. I googled Luftschutz boards after seeing your post and found these that sold in a previous auction - https://www.liveauctioneers.com/cata...day-2/?page=29. Not quite the same though they do show the slides on a different set of boards.

I don't want to start a peeing contest, however Beamter a.K did have a green flat center cord...
