Just found a period image taken from Angolia's Book vol.1: basically the same trousers, just a small variant in the shape of padding (stitched differently).

Is it because of the flash so shiny?

No, the pants fabric outside is 100% rayon, VERY shiny. In fact did not use the flash at all

Original Unterziehhose, mint condition.

These were made by several different makers, and tend to have some small variations in padding-pattern from maker to maker.
Some were made in Rayon fabric, and others were made from a more dull cotton fabric.
