Close Combat Award Gold Thread Cloth Version - Opinions please.

Hi Folks,
I came across this award among some of my long ago stashed away items from the time I was collecting. I'm selling off right now down to the bare minimum and would like to know any of your opinions about this item. Condition is outstanding.
