Label assistance

This label belongs to a recently acquired artillery hauptmann's waffenrock.

I can't decipher the first word after "Herr." At first I thought Fahnrich.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I read Fahnj. Uffz. for Fahnenjunker Unteroffizier.

That would be my guess too, and officer candidate.
