Panzer? Officer tabs and shoulder boards?

I've spotted these but not sure if good (not my area) and not really sure they are both panzer. Could you please confirm what they are and a reasonable buying price? TIA.

They appear to be used original shoulder boards and collar tabs in pink for Panzer/armor troops. I couldn't accurately suggest a value for them.
