    What a hard life this tunic had!

    This sad little guy left me about speechless when it came in. If only it could talk. That ribbon bar is through the pocket and has virtually grown to the tunic over decades.

    Still love it though.

        I like tunics that have field/combat wear over mint examples.
        Mothing, however, is postwar damage.
        I often see tunics, caps, and insignia with moth or rodent damage described
        as "Salty".

        To me, "Salty" refers to a piece that has seen considerable field wear.

          I fully agree with the above statement. I like worn (salty) combat tunics but storage-rot, moth or rodent damage are deal breakers.
